Villa Le Brulat is approached along a quiet lane, passing under a canopy of pine and tall cypress trees.
Traditionally built villa with terracotta roof tiles, burnt ochre washed walls and olive green shutters is set amongst its own vineyard. The recently landscaped gardens are richly planted. Indigenous shrubs, trees and flowers are abundant and the contours of the landscaping are sympathetically designed running in harmony with their surroundings.
Accommodation is spacious with high vaulted ceilings. Furnishings are of a high standard that blend pleasantly in a capacious lounge/dining room. Open stairs lead to a mezzanine.
Doors open onto sun terraces where one can gaze across the vineyards and pine forests towards the hills of the medieval village of Le Castellet.
A two minute drive to the Village of Le Brulat where one can obtain daily provisions, alternatively the market town of Le Beausset is 10 minutes drive. Villa Le Brulat is ideally located to explore the many wonders of this region of Provence and the Cote d'Azur.
