Rental Terms and Conditions

• A reservation is confirmed once a contract is signed and a deposit (20% total cost) is received by Ciel Clair
• The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date.
• The security deposit is due at the time of the balance payment.
• Payment to be made in Sterling or Euros
• Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday or can be negotiated.
• Check-in time is arranged according to your expected arrival time.
• Check-out time: no later than 10 a.m.
• The price of the rental includes:
  • Electricity
  • Water
  • Linen.
• A change of linen is provided for stays of over 2 weeks. If a change of linen is requested this can be arranged.
• Ciel Clair is available to assist you during your stay.
• Full booking terms and conditions will be forwarded to you with a booking form.
